Therapy is not about being fixed. It is about getting to know yourself well enough to choose differently.

I offer individual sessions for adults, in person in Gurugram or online globally.

What to expect

Starting therapy can feel like standing at the edge of something unfamiliar. Most people arrive with a some amount of uncertainty, and that is completely normal. From the very first conversation, my intention is to make the process feel as clear and as comfortable as possible.

I think of the early sessions a little like beginning to build a jigsaw puzzle together. We start by laying out the pieces, getting a sense of who you are and what you are hoping for. Over time, a picture begins to emerge. And with it, a clearer sense of the person you want to become.

You are in charge. I will never push you to speak about something you are not ready for, and I will never hold back something I think might be useful to you.

How we get started

Discovery call

1

We begin with a brief phone call. I will walk you through how sessions work, what to expect and address any questions or concerns you have. I will also ask you a little about what you are currently navigating, so we can both get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

First session

2

The first session is led by you. Some people want to hear more about me and my approach before they begin. Others prefer to get straight into it. Either way is completely fine. By the end of it, we will have started to map out where you are and where you want to go.

Ongoing sessions

3

Sessions are tailored to you and evolve as you do. We will work with a mix of structured goals and open conversation, drawing on psychoeducation, cognitive neuroscience, positive psychology and evidence based techniques. You always have a say in how the session is shaped.
