About me
I am a psychologist with over a decade of experience, trained at the University of St Andrews in Scotland and Delhi University. My work sits at the intersection of psychology and everyday life, helping people make sense of their thoughts, emotions and behaviours in ways that are both scientifically grounded and genuinely useful.
My therapeutic approach draws on cognitive neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness. In addition to my clinical work, I have contributed to leading publications including Mint Lounge, The Hindu and the Times of India.
